  Beside standard architectural services, we can assist in marketing. The old saying "a picture is worth a thousand words" is particularly true in the marketing of Real Estate. Many of our clients are not aware that we offer many graphic design services. For simple flyers, mailers and handouts which you can duplicate on your copier, we can take the place of an advertising firm at a fraction of the cost. Clients often request reduced versions of their measured drawings, at 8.5" by 11" size. For very little more we can provide Location Maps, Site Plans, complete wording, and a final camera or photocopy ready paste up. Bring us an old flyer to duplicate, a survey to work from, quickly sketch something on a napkin, or let our graphic designer make one up from scratch.
  
  Presently working with an advertising agency? We will work with them too. Providing measured drawings, sketches and area maps for mailers and brochures is a snap. Just tell us what you need or have them contact us. Give a prospect a simple handout next time you show a property, and see how it can help you lease or sell your property faster. Your clients will appreciate it and when combined with your scanned in logo, address and telephone number is a great way to promote for your firm.
  
  Using CAD IN MARKETING: Computer Aided Design is a cost effective and flexible way to deal with properties you constantly are leasing, modifing or updating. Once the building is entered in our system, recalling those drawings and modifing them is a breeze. Manipulating these same drawings for inclusion in marketing material is also easy and inexpensive.
