To gain access to the Internet based databases, you need an Email Address and a Password. New firms can sign themselves up for FREE by clicking HERE and filling out a short Firm and Agent data form. (This service is offered to Licensed Real Estate Agents only.)
PAID MEMBERS
Paid Realty Showcase members have free access to our databases as a part of their paid membership. Use your Email Address and private password to access the Online Submission system and Listing Databases. (Often a secretary will enter all the agents in a firm into our system. Ask that person which email address they used and what your private password is. Once you are in the system, you can go in and change your email address or password at any time.) We have a built-in reminder system in case you forget your password. Click HERE and I will email you the information.
WARNING!
It is against Realty Showcase membership regulations to share your firms User Name and Password with agents outside of your firm. We can track who is accessing the databases and will cancel any firm's access to the databases if we find a violation of the rules. (Why share when outside agents can get 60 days free access by just signing up, see "60 Day Free Trial Period" above.)
