Gensburg Ltd was founded in the spirit of balancing career goals with personal ones, and that spirit is still present today. Our team members are given the flexibility they need in their schedules to take care of their families and personal responsibilities alongside their project expectations and work duties.
From your very first day, we are committed to your professional development. Unlike many other architecture firms, we allow our team members to work on any design phase of any active project right from the start. After being trained in our office standards, you will have the opportunity to dive right into site surveying, space planning, and creating construction documents. We encourage you to seek guidance and mentorship from our senior team members and generally make sure you have the support you need to thrive.
Another aspect of your professional development we are invested in is your journey to licensure. If you would like to pursue your architecture license, we support you by offering a library of study materials and reimbursing you for each Architect Registration Exam (ARE) you pass. If you are already licensed, we support your continued education by offering paid time that can be used for attending live or virtual CE sessions.
As our team continues to grow, we seek individuals who are fast learners, are comfortable working independently, are not afraid to ask for help when they need it, are eager to provide quality architectural services to our clients, and are of excellent character. Candidates should live in the Chicagoland area.
Full-time positions include medical insurance, paid time off for vacation and sick days, paid holidays, and bonuses based on personal and company performance. Full-time team members who are licensed can take advantage of office lunch-and-learns and reimbursement for AIA and ALA membership dues.
